Business Forecast Attendees Host Dinner

Mary Ann and Reed Greenwood hosted a nine-course dinner at their Fayetteville home on the eve of the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business 2011 Business Forecast Luncheon. The meal, prepared by Morgan Stout and Jack Ervin of Chartwellis, featured seared duck, creme Dubarry soup with crayfish tails and strawberry Napoleons.
