The foodie love just won’t stop for downtown Little Rock.
Brewski’s Pub & Grub will soon open at 315 Main St., bringing a neighborhood sports bar to the area and replacing Club Level.
The dance club has been a mainstay in the Little Rock nightlife scene since 2013, but with the revitalization of Main Street in recent years, owner Brad McCray felt the establishment no longer fit the environment.
“We have apartments above us and across the street, lots of new restaurants,” McCray said, “so on a local level, a pub seemed like a business that could be more marketable and useful to people seven days a week. And with a national trend moving away from dance clubs, we’re just evolving with the times.”
According to McCray, the multi-level space will feature oak custom-made tables in a more open dining area with multiple TVs. With the balcony removed and filled in, there will be a small stage upstairs for happy hour performances, and while the downstairs area will be transformed into a venue for live music. The atmosphere will be “more rustic casual, less red ropes and leather couches.”
“It’s such a great space,” McCray said. “We really want to embrace the 100-year-old brick and the historic details and really let it shine.”

In the coming months, Brewski’s will join Ira’s and A.W. Lin’s — the NLR staple moving from Park Hill and the west Little Rock Asian-fusion restaurant opening a second location — as the new kids on the block, combining forces with Bruno’s Little Italy, Samantha’s Tap Room and Soul Fish Cafe to make the 300 block of Main Street a foodie’s paradise.
On the Brewski’s menu, guests can expect traditional pub fare, but with an over-the-top, chef-inspired flair that is unique to the neighborhood. Behind the bar, they’ll offer an expanded list of local craft beers and libations.
“We’re not trying to compete with an Italian restaurant or seafood joint, but really want to compliment the area,” McCray said. “We hope people on Main Street can find their local watering hole, a place they can stop in a few days after work, catch a game or catch up with friends.”
Brewski’s will be open seven days a week, opening at 3 p.m. on weekdays and at 11 a.m. on weekends, with plans to open for lunch in the upcoming months. McCray’s goal is to at least have the upstairs portion ready for the public by Oct. 7 for the Main Street Food Truck Festival.
