Kenny Van Patten is the executive broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Arkansas Realty and has been selling real estate full time since 2014 and values helping her clients increase their wealth through real estate. She and her husband also own and manage both furnished and unfurnished rental homes in central Arkansas. Kenny loves working not only with first-time homebuyers, but also helping new construction home builders and luxury buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs.
