Dr. Hayden Franks and Rachel Sims, RN saw a need for high-end personalized aesthetic services in Little Rock. Three years later, SKN at Franks Dermatology continues that vision by offering a variety of effective injectables and procedures designed to enhance one’s unique features.

• Our field is constantly evolving with new technologies and products. We are always researching and learning about the newest techniques and procedures in our field. As of now, we believe that aesthetic procedures will begin at a younger age for preventative measures. We have seen a steady growth of people in their mid-20s and early-30s wanting to begin their skin journey.
