Michael Kaiser

Michael Kaiser joined Lassiter & Cassinelli in 2019 and was named partner in 2023. He is known for fighting zealously for his clients whether they are charged with a simple traffic ticket or a serious felony. As a second-generation attorney, Kaiser is well-versed in all aspects of the Arkansas legal system. Consistently recognized as one of the top appellate attorneys in our state, he has orally argued appeals before the Arkansas Court of Appeals, Arkansas Supreme Court and the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Known for his intensity, veracity and commitment to his clients, he has justly earned the title “The Jewish Bulldog.”
