Dilks Law Firm was founded in 2013 by Lyndsey D. Dilks. She began her legal career in 2007 as a federal law clerk for a bankruptcy judge, setting the path for the rest of her legal career. Dilks knew helping Arkansans in times of financial distress was her calling. Eighteen years later, that has not changed.
Frank H. Falkner joined the firm in 2018. First in his law school class and having also started his legal career with a federal clerkship, Falkner has spent the past 21 years helping clients achieve their legal goals in the areas of debtor/creditor law, state and federal court litigation, appeals at both the state and federal level, family law, criminal law and administrative law.
In addition to these areas of practice, Dilks Law Firm assists family farmers, individuals and small businesses to reorganize debts with Chapter 11 or 12 bankruptcy, as well as helping everyday Arkansans find financial relief using Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy. The firm also represents clients involving financial matters including mortgage disputes, student loans, debt negotiations, repossessions and garnishments.
Dilks Law Firm prides itself on personal service to clients and the excellent reputations both Dilks and Falkner have earned as zealous advocates for those facing complex bankruptcy issues.
