Whether in a small district court in Malvern or a federal court in Little Rock, David Cannon is at home. He treats his clients like family and treats attorneys like old friends. His good-natured charm sets the tone, but the time he spends on every case for every client has earned him accolades throughout his career. Whether a DWI, drug possession or homicide charge, Cannon works hard to continuously get the best possible outcome for his clients.
Few attorneys have a resume that rivals Cannon’s. With more than 28 years in criminal defense, he has represented thousands of clients and fought hundreds of trials. He founded the Cannon Law Firm in 2000, guiding and comforting clients during a most stressful time of life. He is a founding member of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a lifetime member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
When he’s not working, Cannon spends time with his wife of more than 28 years, Stephanie, riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles, boating on Lake Ouachita or hunting in the Arkansas woods. Their two adult children, Bailey and Harley, are both recently out of the home and furthering their education.
