Will Bond became a lawyer to help people and fight for justice for the underdog. His practice is concentrated on representing individuals on a contingency fee basis in any type of personal injury, wrongful death or medical negligence case. McMath Woods takes pride in striving to offer the best representation possible to every client.
Bond has previously served as an Arkansas state representative and state senator. He has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America® publication from 2016 to the present as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, including being selected as Lawyer of the Year for plaintiff’s personal injury for 2023 in the Little Rock area. He has been selected for inclusion by the Mid-South Super Lawyers® publication since 2006 and on the Top 50 Arkansas Super Lawyers® list since 2022. He currently serves on the Central Arkansas Boys and Girls Club board of directors.
Bond and his wife, Gabriel, have been married for 28 years and have three children: Cy (24), Elliott and Marlee (19).
