The Hatcher Agency started on Sept.1, 1990 by Greg Hatcher. It has been Arkansas’ top producing employee benefits agency for 33 consecutive years and has become the largest organically grown employee benefits agency in the country. Hatcher credits “Outrageous Service” and community involvement as his staples of success. He was inducted into the Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame in the fall of 2022.

Gatlin was born and raised in Little Rock and holds a degree in early childhood education. She loves her relationships with her clients and is very proud of her big family of six children and six grandchildren.
ROBIN FLETCHER

Robin specializes in Health, Life and Medicare for individuals. She was born in Memphis and attended the University of Central Arkansas where she received a B.B.A. in accounting.
JENNIFER SAMUEL-HAEG

Samuel-Haeg specializes in casualty insurance and employee benefits sales. She has a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and tax from Arkansas State University and a minor in law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She resides in northwest Arkansas with her husband and three sons. She enjoys the outdoors and being active in the community.
DON WARDEN

Warden assists clients with all their property and casualty needs and has his health and life licenses. He is a Paul Harris Fellow and, through the years, has been very active in various charitable endeavors. He and his wife, Lisa, have a son and daughter and four grandchildren who all reside in Little Rock.

Highfill works with small and large group employers and enjoys the relationships she has built in the community. She loves to play tennis and travel with her friends and family.
