Starling is passionate about community service, volunteering his time through groups such as the American Heart Association, National Kidney Foundation and the Baptist Health Foundation. He also serves on several industry boards, including the Arkansas Community Bankers Association Board, United Healthcare National Advisory Board and Delta Dental Advisory Board.

Elizabeth Barger has been with JTS for over 10 years and provides all levels of service, from implementation to ongoing maintenance and customer service. She manages a team with well over 200 accounts and works with clients ranging from two employees to 2,200. Barger’s experience with self-funded medical coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage and all voluntary benefit programs helps her to work with over 20 carriers to provide the best products and prices for clients.

Jennifer Wilson brings over 20 years of industry experience focusing on strategic plan design and self-funded plans for clients. She takes a highly analytic, financially-oriented approach intended to not only maximize the success of the plan, but strike a careful balance between employee needs and budgets. At JTS, Wilson provides professional oversight to current clients, including renewal negotiation, funding arrangements, contribution analysis and employee communication. She maintains strong relationships with the marketplace to ensure clients are aware of the most current benefit trends and technology.
