One of downtown Little Rock’s best-known shops is marking a milestone this week. On Nov. 10, Bella Vita Jewelry will celebrate its 15th anniversary with festivities that coincide with 2nd Friday Art Night.
The shop began with owner Brandy McNair’s passion for jewelry-making inspired by her grandmother’s antique button collection, which grew to a small shop in the Lafayette Building before moving in 2019 to its current space at 108 W. Sixth St., where it has blossomed into a beloved and well-curated gift shop featuring handcrafted jewelry, home decor, local art, craft workshops and much more.
“It is kind of surreal when I think about it,” McNair says. “I’ve really been enjoying looking back at the past 15 years of starting and building Bella Vita while we have been preparing for the celebration. We’ve made so many new friends on our journey, and I can’t wait to see what the next 15 years hold for us and our community.”

At Friday’s anniversary party, guests can expect libations, giveaways, music from DJ Wes of Control Records, a raffle to raise funds for Our House’s Adopt-a-Family program and a permanent jewelry pop-up with Julia Fryer Fine Jewelry offering a custom anniversary chain that will be available exclusively at the event.
Plus, shoppers can peruse the shop’s new holiday items, as well as its latest vintage collection featuring pendants hand-cast in bronze from the molds of antique buttons.
The party lasts from 5-8 p.m. Find updates on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and find all things Bella Vita on the shop’s website.
