Because we’re obsessed with all things beauty, and because we’re also the editors of Little Rock Beauty Black Book (the pretty mini-magazine that comes inside each of our Spring/Summer issues of Arkansas Bride and inside each November issue of Little Rock Soirée), we love to keep up with the latest and the greatest in beauty around the country and especially around Arkansas.
Recently, I’ve become obsessed with getting blow outs (also know as blow drys) at my salon of choice, and it’s been hard to miss that this hair service has become a major trend nationally. There are blow-dry-only salons opening up in big cities all over the country! Two of the biggest and most well-known are Drybar and Blo, and now Rachel Zoe is opening one called Dream Dry in New York (sure to be a big hit).
These “bars” are everywhere … and now there’s one in Little Rock too!
Studio 2121 just launched Dry Bar at Studio 2121. While it’s located on-site at their salon, it’s an exclusive special menu for their clients to choose from special “wash, blow, glam and go” services and “shooters.” What are shooters? At Studio 2121, they’re fun extras (like a 10-minute scalp massage!) to add onto the dry bar blow dry service, which, if you don’t already know, is a shampoo, blow dry and style – no cuts or color involved.
They’re amazing and I highly recommend going to get a blow dry on those days when you have an important event to go to, a wedding outing, a big meeting, a date, etc.
Here’s what you need to know about Studio 2121‘s new Dry Bar menu:
Wash, Blow, Glam & Go (seven styles to choose from) = $35
Shooters = $10-$20
Packages (three different savings packages available) = $100-$360
Results = priceless feeling of you looking and feeling your best
Many other great Little Rock salons offer blow dry services and we have two great lists of recommendations for you to choose from here and here!
