We’d call this a grand slam for Little Rock.
The Little Rock Open, a brand new tennis tournament, kicks off June 3 at the Rebsamen Tennis Center with day matches and an opening ceremony that’s free to the public. Hosted by the Baptist Health Foundation, the tourney will feature a full week of action-packed tennis June 3-9.
Professional players ranked from 100-300 globally will descend on Little Rock, all competing for places in Grand Slam competitions. This tournament is part of the Association of Tennis Professionals Challenger Tour and is a United States Tennis Association Men’s Pro Circuit event.
The Little Rock Open also has a little bit of everything for everyone, including meet-and-greets with the pros, a live concert, activities for the kiddos and night matches. For a full lineup of events, click here.
Tickets for the matches on Monday and during the day Tuesday-Friday are free. Night matches Tuesday-Friday from 4-8 p.m. are $10. Saturday and Sunday finals are $15. All-access passes are $65 and include the Wednesday night dinner.
