Bang-Up Betty to Open Brick-and-Mortar Shop in Argenta

If you enjoy the custom blend of “snarky, meaningful and well-made,” you’re going to like this news.

Local jewelry brand Bang-Up Betty recently announced it will be opening a brick-and-mortar location in Argenta.

According to Stacey Bowers, owner and artisan behind the jewelry and designs, the shop will be located above Ristorante Capeo at 429 Main St. in the former Greg Thompson Fine Art Gallery space. It will serve as a gift shop and showroom for her Bang-Up Betty pieces, and custom stamping will be offered on site to personalize certain items.

“I’m thrilled to bring something fun and beautiful to my hometown of North Little Rock in one of my absolute favorite neighborhoods,” Bowers says. “I’ve been watching Argenta grow and get more creative over the last several years, and I’m excited to join the movement. This space is going to channel the snarky, playful, creative energy of Bang-Up Betty jewelry with much more than handmade jewelry. It’ll offer unique gifts and art and be a home base for Bang-Up Betty, which has really outgrown my home studio.”

Bowers says there are tentative plans to open at the end of summer or early fall.
