THINC Treatment Homes, Inc. – which provides therapeutic services to foster children in a foster family setting – celebrated its 29th anniversary with a gala held at the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion. The evening featured an awards ceremony, during which the 13 founders were recognized with the “Make a Difference” award.
