Two of our city’s most delicious entities, At the Corner and Lost Forty Brewing, are teaming up for a Fat Tuesday feast of tasty proportions. On Feb. 28, At the Corner will host a five-course Creole-inspired dinner, perfectly paired with brews from Lost Forty.
To whet your appetite, here’s a look at the evening’s menu:
First Course:
- Red Beans and Rice Arkancini
- Barebones Pilsner
Second Course:
- The Dirty Delta Gumbo and Honey Bock Cornbread
- Forest Queen
Third Course:
- Gulf shrimp and Creole Grit Cake
- Pale Ale
Fourth Course:
- King Cake Pancakes and Bourbon Street Fried Chicken
- Creole Country Bock
Fifth Course:
- Beignets
- Grapefruit Rockhound IPA
