At the Corner & Lost Forty Team Up for Fat Tuesday Beer Dinner

If you’re wondering if you’re Mardi Gras-ed out, the answer is no.

Two of our city’s most delicious entities, At the Corner and Lost Forty Brewing, are teaming up for a Fat Tuesday feast of tasty proportions. On Feb. 28, At the Corner will host a five-course Creole-inspired dinner, perfectly paired with brews from Lost Forty.

To whet your appetite, here’s a look at the evening’s menu:

 

First Course:

  • Red Beans and Rice Arkancini
  • Barebones Pilsner

Second Course:

  • The Dirty Delta Gumbo and Honey Bock Cornbread
  • Forest Queen

Third Course:

  • Gulf shrimp and Creole Grit Cake
  • Pale Ale

Fourth Course:

  • King Cake Pancakes and Bourbon Street Fried Chicken
  • Creole Country Bock

Fifth Course:

  • Beignets
  • Grapefruit Rockhound IPA
