McFly’s not ready for this.
“Back to the Future” has earned its place in the upper echelon of classic American movies, and now the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra is cementing it in the final concert of the 2016-2017 Acxiom Pops Live! Series.
You’ve never seen Marty, Doc Brown or Biff like this before. Audiences will see the 1985 classic presented on a giant screen at the Robinson Center while the ASO performs the film’s score in time with the movie.
Award-winning composer Alan Silvestri is the mastermind behind behind this memorable score, and this performance includes an exclusive 20 minutes of new music Silvestri later added to the score just for live orchestra performances.
You have two chances to see the show: 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, and 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 14. General admission tickets start at $14 with active military and student tickets at $10. Kids grades K-12 get into Sunday’s show for free with the purchase of an adult ticket using the Entergy Kids’ Ticket. More on that here.
You can get your tickets online here, by calling (501) 666-1761, ext. 100 or at the Robinson street-level box office 90 minutes before the show.
