ASO to Perform Beatles Hits with Traveling ‘Classical Mystery Show’

In honor of the 50th anniversary of The Beatles’ iconic “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” album, this traveling show will take the stage at the Robinson Center. Classical Mystery Tour: Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band will retrace the steps of The Beatles through dozens of their songs, backed by the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra.

Classical Mystery Tour, which has been performing all over the world for more than 22 years, features four musicians who take up the reins as John, Paul, George and Ringo.

This tour is based on the original Broadway show “Beatlemania” and will feature original members of the Broadway show. Fans of “Sergeant Pepper” will hear some of the album’s hits like “Penny Lane,” “I Am the Walrus” and “The Long and Winding Road.”

There will be two performances of the Classical Mystery Tour — one on March 9 at 7:30 p.m. and the other on March 10 at 3 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online here. For more about the show, head to the ASO’s website.
