“When I was asked to collaborate on this project with the AMFA, I jumped at the chance! I have been visiting this arts institution since I was a child with many fond memories being inside its walls. If I can help introduce others to the museum in any way, count me in!”

ARTIST BIO
Lisa Krannichfeld is a Little Rock native whose multimedia work has been recognized nationally and internationally. Her work with the female figure challenges the historical role of women in art by presenting women as bold and confident, unapologetically embodying the space around them. In 2021, she also completed her first mural, which can be seen in the Argenta district of downtown North Little Rock.

Krannichfeld’s work has been featured in numerous exhibitions and publications across the globe. In 2018 she was chosen as the grand award winner in the 60th Annual Delta Exhibition at the AMFA. Other accolade highlights include the grand award at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center Juried Exhibition (2017), Best in Show at the Magic City Art Connection Art Fair (2017) and selection at the face of Saatchi Art’s Spring 2019 “Refuse to be the Muse” campaign. Her work is included in several private and corporate collections throughout her home state of Arkansas, as well as in collections around the world.
