Arkansas women who “stand as positive examples for women everywhere” were honored at the eighth annual Arkansas Women’s Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Held at the Statehouse Convention Center, the night featured a VIP reception, dinner and program to celebrate the accomplishments and achievements of the eight new AWHOF inductees: JoAnne Bush, Betty Dickey, Jamileh Kamran, Dr. Jacquelyn Williams McCray, Kathy Webb, Bernie Babcock, Gussie Haynie and the Committee of One Hundred for the Ozark Folk Center.
