It’s no secret that we’re big fans of pups around here. We hosted a cutest dog contest a few months ago and our office is extremely dog friendly. We even have Frank Fridays.
That being said, we aren’t shocked to learn that Arkansas ranked in the top 25 “most puppy-loving” states in the U.S., according to the Milk-Bone Doggy Love Index (we couldn’t make this stuff up) by Big Heart Pet Brands.
Big Heart is behind goodies like Milk-Bone, Pup-Peroni, Canine Carry Outs and Milo’s Kitchen, the incredible dog food truck that hit Little Rock this past summer. They created the ranking based on surveyed dog owners on “how regularly they engage in loving behaviors with their dogs.”
They’ve also dug up all sorts of stats about how our dogs affect our personalities, and even what role dogs play in the dating scene. For a full infographic of all the adorable findings, click here.
