Preserve Arkansas hosted its annual awards dinner emceed by Joe David Rice at the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion. The evening honored outstanding achievements in historic preservation from all over the state, including John P. Gill, recipient of the 2019 Parker Westbrook Award for Lifetime Achievement.
