In partnership with The Office of the Governor and KARK Channel 4, Volunteer Arkansas hosted its 42nd annual awards reception to celebrate volunteers who have made a significant impact in their communities. The 2019 event honored Nancy Brisher, Kelsey Bell, Shelby Morrow and Sydney Dumond.
