Governor Asa Hutchinson was honored at the 2019 annual Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches Children’s Award Dinner for his work in shining a light on the state’s foster care crisis. The dinner recognizes groups or individuals dedicated to making better opportunities for Arkansas youth and was held at the Little Rock Marriott.
