The performing arts have taken a uniquely hard hit in the midst of the pandemic, but that hasn’t stopped lovers of the arts from finding new ways to support the stage.
This March — the exact weekend the world shut down, in fact — the Argenta Community Theater was set to celebrate 10 years with a grand party at its Encore for Education bash. The event was postponed indefinitely, and now it returns just in time for the holiday season.
On Thursday, Dec. 10, the theater will host Encore for ACT: An Evening of What Matters Most, a livestream event kicking off at 7 p.m. True to Encore style, the evening will include a holiday cabaret with Drew Jansen and Jimmy Martin, a virtual auction and a toast to the theater.
There are also two VIP experiences available, one with champagne and dessert for two and the other offering a family-style Italian meal and wine for four.
Raise a glass to the next 10 years and get your tickets here. Learn more about ACT on the theater’s website and follow along on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for the latest.
