Get a taste of what you can expect at Argenta’s soon-to-open Tusk & Trotter restaurant during a collaborative dinner from the restaurant’s chef, Rob Nelson, and Table 28’s Chef Scott Rains. The 2020 Culinary Initiative Kick-off Event will take place at 201 W. 4th St. in downtown North Little Rock on Jan. 25 from 6-8 p.m.
The mouth-watering menu includes:
- Applewood-smoked Maple Farms duck ham stew
- Pan-fried Ralston Family Farms rice-crusted steelhead trout
- Cocoa rosemary-rubbed 44 Farms short ribs
- Sweet potato pudding cake
Specialty appetizers from the Flyway Brewery kitchen will also be served. All of the food is paired with Tusk & Trotter’s crowd-pleasing black walnut Manhattan, Flyway brews and wines from Natural State Distributing.
While this event has already sold out, this is the first of many Culinary Initiative events that will happen in 2020. The Argenta Arts District has developed a season of special programming that celebrates the area’s growing community of local chefs, mixologists, farmers, ranchers and purveyors.
