Alley Parties Return for Fall Season

More neighborhood parties in unexpected places? Don’t mind if we do.

This spring, the Downtown Little Rock Partnership (DLRP) launched its Alley Party series, and the group recently announced the series return after taking a break from the summer heat.

The first fall event is set for Thursday, Sept. 21 in the space between the KATV building and the Little Rock Tech Park at 409 Main St., continuing the DLRP’s goal to explore the “tucked away portions of downtown.”

“As the weather gets nicer, everyone in Arkansas is looking to spend more time outside,” DLRP Executive Director Gabe Holmstrom said. “We had a blast hosting Alley Parties in the spring, and we can’t wait to show off the cool and unique locations we have picked out for this fall season.”

Alley Parties are open to the public, and the season kickoff event will include craft beer from Stone’s Throw Brewing, wine and live music from Buh Jones. Be there 5:30-8 p.m.

And while you’re at it, mark your calendars for other fall Alley Parties on Oct. 19 and Nov. 9.
