We are medical skincare specialists, supported by The Society of Plastic Surgical Skincare Specialists (SPSSCS), The American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Our level of expertise qualifies our practice for elite, international training, and we are required to obtain annual continued education. Our practice in medical skincare began in 1992, and we have seen the evolution of our field from the primitive lasers and chemical peels to the elegant, yet powerful, treatments of today. Because of our combined experience and solid reputation in Arkansas, we are physicians’ most trusted skincare specialists.
We are physicians’ most trusted skincare specialists.
Who We Are
1. What we love about our profession:
Teaching people about the importance of skincare and discussing non-invasive options so that they can look good and feel better about themselves.
2. Our motto:
The beauty of one’s skin can only be measured by the quality of care.
3. The most outrageous medical myth we’ve heard:
Over-the-counter products cannot alter the skin! Only medical-grade cosmeceuticals can achieve a transformation of the epidermis.
4. The biggest misconception about our field:
Nothing is permanent; maintenance is always required.
5. What sets our practice apart:
That we are all SPSSCS and ASPS members and are required to obtain continued education every year. All our physcians are on location.
6. Our philosophy:
We make people look good, and that makes them feel good about themselves.
7. Three things everyone should do before a laser treatment:
Have a Visia skin analysis and decide what objectives you want to meet. Also, know your topical skincare ingredients and oral medications before any procedure.
8. Our ultimate skincare advice:
Always use the products that are recommended, and be consistent. There are three musts for any skincare routine: daily sunscreen, antioxidants and a retinol (if your skin can tolerate it).
