“Action/Abstraction Redefined” Member Preview

Museum members got an exclusive first look at the AMFA’s new traveling exhibition “Action/Abstraction Redefined: Modern Native Art, 1940s to 1970s.” Presented by the American Indian Center of Arkansas, an opening ceremony was held in the Cultural Living Room where guests enjoyed Cherokee flute performances by Tommy Wildcat and a Lakota Four Directions drum song by Steven Morales before viewing the exhibition.
