Dressed to Impress
Although they didn’t make the final edit, Colleen Nickell brought some of her own vintage fur coats to set that she’d found on various antiquing adventures.
“Colleen has an eye for vintage finds,” stylist Josie Burnett says. “Her coats were purchased secondhand, and one still has the initials of the previous owner stitched on the lining. The jackets are super thick, but still plush and soft, which will keep her warm during brutally cold temperatures (and windy outdoor photoshoots).”

New Venue Alert
The E.O. Manees House in Argenta has been lovingly (and stunningly) restored, now serving as a venue that was perfect for our Soup Sunday photo shoot. But before we even made it to the kitchen, we got distracted by the property’s pecan trees and filled our pockets accordingly. Photographer Jason Masters was even inspired to add an old-school nutcracker set to his Christmas list, and we’re happy to report Santa came through.
