The Single Parent Scholarship Fund held its annual fundraiser, A Night of Hope, at the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion. This year’s event marked the merger of SPSF Pulaski County and the state organization, Arkansas SPSF. Proceeds benefited the nonprofit’s mission of giving deserving students the means to earn a degree and provide a better life for themselves and their children.
