Ever wondered what a cool $2.16 Million will get you in the capital city? Wonder no more.
Our sister publication, Arkansas Business, recently released its annual breakdown of the most expensive home sales in Pulaski, Benton and Washington counties. The list includes enough square footage and bells and whistles to keep you daydreaming all day long.
And because we could all use a good daydream, here is just a small sample of AB’s report to whet your real estate appetite.
The little beauty you see above is located on Hawthorne Road and sports five bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen that opens to the family room, separate formal living room and three fireplaces. The 6,100-SF home was built in the year 2000 and sold for $1.65 million.

This home on Armistead Road was built in 1959 and it’s 5,304-SF premises include a backyard featuring a screened veranda and outdoor kitchen and fireplace, all contributing to the $1.47 million price tag.

Built in 1926 and coming in at $1.08 million, this five-bedroom, 5,582-SF home on Lenon Place sits on more than 2.5 acres, making it one of the largest in the neighborhood.

Nestled in in Valley Falls Estates, this home boasts a gourmet kitchen (with a downstairs mini-kitchen), six bedrooms, a game room and a gargantuan master closet. It was built in 2006 with 5,550 SF and purchased at $1.05 million.
