The Arkansas Coalition for Excellence held a 10th anniversary dinner and celebration to honor its founder, the late James E. Harris. The event was held at the Clinton Presidential Library, and Keith Jackson delivered the keynote address. Friday Eldredge & Clark served as presenting sponsor.
