I’m a mortgage lender supervisor with nearly a decade of experience and over 15 years in real estate. For the past five years, I’ve led a team dedicated to helping clients finance everything from primary residences to vacation homes and investment properties. I work at a full-service, community-focused bank that offers a wide range of financial services from deposit accounts to commercial lending and wealth management. I’ve had the honor of serving on several industry boards, being recognized as a top lender in multiple
publications and currently serving as an ambassador for the UAMS Cancer Institute.

PRESSING QUESTIONS
How I knew this was my passion
I’ll never forget working with a single mom buying her first home after leaving a difficult situation. At closing, seeing her daughter excitedly talking about her new room was such a powerful moment. It reminded me this work is about so much more than loans and paperwork, it’s about helping families build a new beginning, and it’s what fuels my passion for helping people build stability, security and a place to truly call home. That experience confirmed I was exactly where I was meant to be.
What I learned from my first job
That I’m not someone who thrives sitting behind a desk all day. I do my best work when I’m up, moving, engaging with others and building meaningful connections. It’s where I find energy and purpose.
One practice I use to maintain my mental health
Setting aside 10-15 minutes at night to listen to a guided meditation. It helps me relax, clear my mind and get better sleep, which makes a big difference in how I show up the next day. It’s a small routine with a big impact, and one I’m trying to stay consistent with.
