I was presented with an opportunity to help change students’ lives at my alma
mater. Our fundraising makes earning a college degree affordable, and it provides unique experiential learning opportunities that equip our students with robust industry experience. I work directly with our schools of business, nursing, social work, criminal justice and criminology and counseling, human performance and rehabilitation.

PRESSING QUESTIONS
How I knew this was my passion
UA Little Rock prepared me for success in every leg of my career, locally and nationally. I want to contribute to its success for current and future generations.
What keeps me coming back to my job every day
I love everything about this university: its mission, relevance to the community, impact and everyone affiliated with it on campus and nationwide. Great things are happening here.
What I learned from my first job
Be curious. Do more, and do it well. Set your standards high. Be of service to others.
Best advice I ever received
My father always advised me professionally to “never burn a bridge.” My mother always told me to “be kind.” They were both great examples of their words of wisdom.
