Crow Counseling is a solo private practice to help high-achieving women who carry a lot:
responsibilities, expectations and unspoken pain. With more than a decade of experience
working with adolescents, I made the career transition to specialize in trauma-informed
licensed therapy. My practice is a space for ambitious women to pause, heal and come home to who they really are.

PRESSING QUESTIONS
How I knew this was my passion
Through my own journey in trauma therapy, I discovered that transformative healing could change everything. This ignited passion led to the sacred space of sitting with others in their pain.
Biggest challenges in my career
Recognizing that true healing is not a quick fix. Sometimes the biggest challenge is to slow down, sit with the emotion and give it the attention it never received before.
One practice I use to maintain my mental health
I picture a lazy susan in my mind and spin to the back whatever I need a break from while bringing forward something new. Also, my own therapy and going running.
The one thing I wish people knew about my field
Unpopular opinion: It is not a counselor’s job to offer advice. Rather, we are to come alongside, providing support to our clients as they find their own profound answers.
