I serve as president of the Blue & You Foundation, which annually awards $3.7 million in grants supporting the areas of mental health, maternal/infant health and the social determinants of health. I joined Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield in 2018 as regional executive for south Arkansas after spending the first 21 years of my career at Jefferson Regional in Pine Bluff. I then moved to the foundation in January of 2020.
