What is your consultation process like?
It consists of an overall assessment in which I address the patient’s dental condition, treatment options and risks. I take all the time needed to explain and answer all their questions because we don’t want them to feel rushed.

How do you ensure patient satisfaction?
It always starts with a good plan, which is developed by a detailed evaluation based on the patient’s needs and expectations.
How do you put patients at ease?
We use a relaxed and friendly approach. When someone comes in stressed out, I assure them that we want to make them as comfortable as we can as soon as possible. When patients know that I am empathizing with their situation, they are able to relax more easily.

I am a native of the Dominican Republic. The U.S. has been an amazing home for 15 years. I attended dental school in Santo Domingo where I received my first dental degree, then attended University of Alabama in Birmingham where I received my doctorate of dental medicine.
My passion is delivering oral health and beautiful smiles to my patients, but what I truly enjoy the most is the personal relationships I get to build with them. They are my big family.
