After a successful career in high-end event planning and with several family members in the construction industry, Leigh Lusk decided to give the industry a shot. She quickly realized her organizational skills and attention to detail were an advantage.
From the ground up, Lusk has built a full-service remodeling company led by an all-female team of eight that includes project managers, a CAD designer, interior designer, accounting manager and team assistant. She is driven by a mission to normalize women in construction, believing that women’s innate ability to multitask, stay organized and pay attention to details makes them a perfect fit for the construction industry.
The LLI team has created and manages its very own “LLI design + build” process. During “design + build,” the LLI team walks each client through a full design and project development process before a project can move into construction. LLI prides itself on taking care of everything for its clients, from beginning to end.
