“Electric Lady Land,” the newly revealed art installation by James Hayes set atop the Carrie Remmel Dickinson Fountain, took center stage at this year’s Fountain Fest. The event, organized by the Arkansas Arts Center Contemporaries, featured art, music, food, libations and more.
