The culinary arts were on display at the Capital Hotel as guests indulged in delicious treats and craft cocktails by some of their favorite local chefs and mixologists, who were assisted by 13 local artists. Proceeds from the Blue Plate Special went toward fulfilling Thea Foundation’s mission to ensure that all Arkansas students have access to the arts.
