My guilty pleasure – My dear friend, Absolut.

Weirdest thing i’ve eaten – I don’t do weird.

Culinary pet peeve – When a recipe calls for a teaspoon of this, or a tablespoon of that—I hate that.

Must-have kitchen tool –  A gas stove.

Biggest cooking challenge – There is no challenge for me because I love cooking, and I am very sure of my ability to perform.

Where i eat on my night off – Betty Hyde’s House.

When I’m at home I eat – Special K—Ha, ha, ha!

These days, i’m crazy about – Life, the second half; family, friends and doing for others. I am so blessed to be so happy.
