The Central Arkansas Library System held a reception, presented by Soiree, to celebrate 100 years of service to the community. The event was held at the newly remodeled fifth floor of the Main Library, which also houses Literacy Action of Central Arkansas. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and a silent auction.
