Judy and Michael Shelley, the Central Arkansas Heart Ball Chairs, presented the Heart Ball: Young at Heart at the Statehouse Convention Center. The evening included an elegant dinner, presentation of the 40 Sweethearts, silent and live auctions and dance music provided by The Rockets.
