Since Cox Consulting opened in 2010, we have worked with a variety of organizations and individuals. One theme is consistent: Your business will grow with the intentionality you place into effective communication, strong leadership and a culture of authenticity. Developing a growth mindset, focusing on communication, leadership and culture are not luxury, but necessity to ensure your success. This is why we exist. In 2012, I founded the nonprofit Daryl’s Music Makers. We empower kids with hope and a future through music and education across the world. Our mission is life-giving.

PRESSING QUESTIONS

If I could lunch with any woman, it would be:
Aside from my grandmother, perhaps Eunice Kennedy Shriver, Eleanor Roosevelt or Barbara Bush. These women were activists for the good of those who were marginalized by society. Political parties aside, they were fierce and lived with intention.
Advice for my 18-year-old self:

Favorite part of living in Little Rock:
I get to travel the globe, but the beauty of Little Rock is home. It is big enough to have exciting entertainment and dining options, yet small enough to get from one side to the other in 20-30 minutes.
Most rewarding part of my job:
Equipping others to become their best selves is the most rewarding part of my work. My legacy will be the people I am allowed to impact each day. It is my desire that they are better for having known me.
