The 17th annual Arkansas Sheriff’s Youth Ranch Children’s Award Dinner was held at the Embassy Suites and honored former Arkansas State University head football coach Gus Malzahn. Each year the award recognizes a person who has made outstanding contributions to create better opportunities for Arkansas’ youth.
