Recently, the tech industry has undergone a major shift with the adoption of cloud-based technologies. This change has not only been disruptive to our industry but to all businesses as they begin to embrace the transition to the cloud. I joined ClearPointe in 2015 to help translate these complicated cloud concepts into relatable- and business-viable solutions. We are on the forefront of this digital transformation and work with clients all over the world to develop and execute cloud migration strategies. It’s an exciting time at ClearPointe!

PRESSING QUESTIONS
How did you know this is what you wanted to do?
I stumbled into marketing in college, but once I started working, I loved how marketing had the ability to touch every aspect of a company and how you can create a voice for a business. That’s when I knew.
Most rewarding part of your job:
I work with some of the most brilliant people in technology, and the advancements they are making in this industry are remarkable. Just being a part of this team and having the opportunity to tell our story is very rewarding.
How you define success:
Balance. I feel successful when all the priorities in my life are given an adequate amount of my attention. I’m my best when I feel balance with being a mom, being a professional and my own spiritual and physical wellness.
Biggest challenges or obstacles you’ve faced in your career:
Joining an advanced technology company without any sort of tech background! It has been a challenge maneuvering through this new world, but I’m constantly learning and still surprise myself when I talk about things like cloud governance and Azure workloads.
Favorite part of living in Little Rock?
All my amazing friends and family that share this city with me. I’m grew up in a small town and feel blessed to still have that same sense of community while living in a much bigger city. Little Rock is home.
I wish I knew how to__________.
I wish I knew how to speak French. Besides the fact that it is a beautiful language, I would love to not constantly butcher the pronunciation of menu items.
Who is your role model?
My mom – she was a young, single mom that decided to go to college when I was in the 6th grade. I watched her work full time, commute 30 miles to the nearest university, graduate magna cum laude and go on to earn her CPA. She graduated college the same year I graduated high school. It’s hard to be raised in that environment and not have a little of her determination rub off.
