I am a partner in the law firm of Trammell Piazza. My partner, Chad Trammell, and I represent clients who have been injured or harmed as a result of negligence. We also represent clients involved in business disputes. I first began my career working as a Deputy Prosecutor initially in Sebastian County and later in Pulaski County. It was working as a Prosecutor that made me realize how much I enjoyed being in the courtroom. I left the Prosecutor’s office in 2001 and for the last 15 years, have represented clients all over the United States.

PRESSING QUESTIONS
BEST CAREER MOMENT SO FAR:
When I joined Chad and started the Trammell Piazza law firm. It feels good being in charge of myself! I love our team and am grateful for the hard work they do every day to make this firm a success.
HOW DID YOU KNOW THIS IS WHAT YOU WANTED TO DO?
I became fascinated with the idea of being a trial lawyer after watching the movie “To Kill a Mockingbird” when I was probably 14 or 15 years old. I know that sounds cheesy, but it’s true!
MOST REWARDING PART OF YOUR JOB:
Providing access to justice for clients who are convinced that no one will hear their story. I firmly believe that it is the law that makes us equals regardless of economics, education or background.:
HOW YOU DEFINE SUCCESS:
It is always important to have happy, satisfied clients, but it is also important to balance that with keeping your family a priority.
BEST ADVICE YOU’VE EVER RECEIVED:
A boss once told me, “There’s no secret to being a good lawyer, you just have to be willing to put the time in, and do the work.”
FAVORITE PART OF LIVING IN LITTLE ROCK:
I love the fact that Little Rock is so accessible. There are great restaurants, movie theaters, The Rep, the Symphony, wonderful parks, biking and running trails all within a short car ride. And, great shopping!
WHAT IS A TYPICAL WORKDAY LIKE?
That is what I like about the practice of law; there are no “typical” work days. Some days are filled with returning calls, answering email, reading and signing legal documents. Other days involve visiting with clients or appearing in court.
WHO IS YOUR ROLE MODEL?
My mom, Gloria Harris. She along with my dad raised six children and she devoted her every thought, word and deed to our well-being. To this day, we are each convinced that we are her favorite!
