Fashion Footprints, the event series celebrating the heritage of Southern fashion, winds down on Thursday with the final installment, “Fashion in Words and Pictures,” at the Oxford American Annex, 1300 Main Street, at 6 p.m.
The series put together by the winning team of Capital Hotel, Esse Purse Museum, Oxford American Magazine and designer Linda Rowe Thomas culminates in an evening with wine, a signature cocktail, light bar fare and the personal style stories guests told in a video “confessional” booth set up at the previous events.
Guests were able to share “purse-onal stories” at the Esse Purse Museum and the power of the little black dress at Linda Rowe Thomas’s new downtown studio, and Fashion in Words and Pictures will be the big premiere some of the highlights.
