Little Rock’s most stylish philanthropists took to the runway as honorees of the American Cancer Society of Arkansas’ fourth annual Best Dressed Ball. Held at The Decantillon, the fashionable evening featured a live runway show spotlighting the 2026 honorees, specialty cocktails and a bourbon tasting for VIP guests. Chaired by Dr. Katy Marino and emceed by Hana Settles, the event raised $250,000 to benefit the ACS.
